Community Kitchen Incubator

Community Kitchen Trailer Pilot Project 2008

We're working hard to build a permanent Community Kitchen Incubator in Kalamazoo. In the meantime, get ready to cook, can, package and sell! The Community Kitchen Trailer will open its doors this May. That means you can finally...

*start a catering business

*cut samples for farmers market

*wash farm fresh eggs

*can jam & salsa

*fundraise for your non-profit

*extract & package honey

Licensing: The Kitchen Trailer will be licensed by the MDA and Kalamazoo County Department of Environmental Health (you may need to have additional licensing)

Cost: $10/hour

Equipment:6-burner stove, convection oven, hot running water, small freezer & fridge, small electric mixer, honey extractor, egg washing equipment, stainless steel tables, 3-part sink, hand sink
