Community Kitchen Incubator Community Kitchen Trailer Pilot Project 2008 We're working hard to build a permanent Community Kitchen Incubator in Kalamazoo. In the meantime, get ready to cook, can, package and sell! The Community Kitchen Trailer will open its doors this May.
