Be a part of the 5th Annual Southwest Michigan Community Harvest Fest!
This is an invitation for you, your business, or your farm to join in the fun at this year's Community Harvest Fest. Those involved over the past four years know this is a great opportunity to introduce consumers to local, organic and healthful foods and related activities. We invite you to help us make this festival an event that nurtures growing relationships between farmers and consumers.
This year's activities will include:

at
Tillers International

Three large tents will be available for farmers' market, artist displays, artisanal and other products, and educational booths. Booths consist of an eight-foot table and two chairs beneath a large, outdoor exhibit tent. You must provide your own table dressing. To aid us in planning to adequately provide for table space, we encourage early registration.
Registered exhibitors will receive a packet several weeks before the event with all relevant information enclosed.
Your sponsorship will bring your name, products and/or services to people all over southwest Michigan. You'll be identifying your business as one that cares about local food, healthy lifestyles, and strong local economies.
Each level of sponsorship brings different benefits.
All sponsors receive ad space in the printed program and listing as a sponsor on all materials, plus a table and two chairs in the exhibitor tent if requested. In addition:
As a platinum sponsor, you or your organization will receive a full-page ad, a listing as a primary sponsor on all materials, and your logo on signage at the event.
As a gold sponsor, you or your organization will receive a half-page ad, and your logo on signage at the event.
As a silver sponsor, you or your organization will receive a quarter-page ad, and your logo on signage at the event.
As a bronze sponsor, you or your organization will receive a business card-size ad in the printed program.
To become a sponsor, please register online (or fill out and mail our printable form). If you have general questions or questions about exhibiting or sponsorship, please call Lori Evesque at (269) 657-7912.
Every person who attends the Harvest Fest will receive a program that includes useful articles and information about the benefits of eating locally, options for making a difference through food choices, and a whole host of local and organic resources. This booklet will be designed for attendees to use throughout the year. Advertising in the festival program will make the work of your business or organization more accessible to the community.
