Growing Matters Garden Wishlist

Garden Equipment:

Watering cans
Rubber boots (used or new, sizes appropriate for youth ages 6-16)
Shovels, hoes, garden rakes, and leaf rakes
Pruning shears, hand trowels, and hand rakes

Garden Supplies:

Straw or spoiled hay bales for mulch
Plant supports (stakes, poles, trellis, tomato cages, twine)
Black plastic tarps
Floating row cover

Educational Supplies:

Popsicle sticks / plant markers
Seed catalogs / nature magazines
Wood and paint for making signs
Digital Camera

Infrastructure:

Picnic table and benches
Folding tables and chairs
Shelving and plastic storage boxes (i.e. Rubbermaid with tight lids)
